Happy New Year


Wish you a happy and prosperous new year. With the new year comes millions of resolutions. To successfully complete  resolutions you want to  keep it simple & specific.  
HERE ARE 3  RESOLUTIONS YOU CAN START. 

  • Relax with an 8 minute meditation practice.  
  • Reduce Stress (#6) by practicing 5 minutes of conscious breathing
  • Reconnect with Nature every day for 5-15 minutes.

    Suresh Srinivas is a Principal Engineer at Intel with a PhD in Computer Science.
