This app provides beautiful images, setting and a soothing voice as you practice meditation and breathing. It has many supporting features from journals to commitments and reminders. I've been meditating daily since trying out this app.
I enjoyed the 5 day trial. I felt like it whizzed past me & was really looking forward to a guided practice session on the 6th day onwards. I like the app, it is user friendly & self-explanatory. I am already looking forward to the 21 day journey with iblossom!
Guided Meditation with ambient background is a very effective way to keep my attention. It makes me want to keep coming back to finish the course. The dialog is very well thought out. The years of experience comes through.
